In 1992, my father passed away, leaving my older brother and I to carry on the business. With Joseph's expertise in processing and manufacturing and with my area of sales and marketing, we have increased company sales by a conservative 500% since 1992, with a customer base including the Pacific Northwest. Talamo Foods has maintained a solid base in Italian cheese industry.

To date, our company is the only company in the northern California area that has its own processing department, complete distribution capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.
